Mr. Ruffel has over 20 years’ energy management and project management experience supporting Federal, local government, and commercial clients. Eric has a long list of credentials: CEM, CEA, CBCP, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M, CQM, Envision SP. Activities performed for clients have ranged from planning and analysis to design to construction and ongoing operations. Emerging initiatives in particular have been an area of focus including net zero, energy resiliency, carbon reporting, electrification, sustainability, and similar initiatives. Working with clients to address these challenges have resulted in thousands of completed renewable energy, energy reduction, and water conservation facility audits along with increased use of renewables, reduced consumption of water, decreased flows of energy, and improved adoption of sustainability metrics.
