City of Springfield Microgrid Planning Project
CLPE is working with the Arkansas River Power Authority (ARPA) and City of Springfield on an exciting new grant-assisted microgrid planning project. We are excited to work with the City of Springfield team and deliver their project needs.
Our scope of delivery includes detailed microgrid planning study to meet the project requirements in the most cost-effective way. The microgrid planning will consider a combination of renewable energy resources, storage, and conventional generations. We plan to utilize emerging and cutting-edge technologies that are also practical and proven in the industry. Our goal is to help the City of Springfield develop a practical and cost effective microgrid system that can be sustained, maintained, and operated for the long term.
The CLPE team is eager to add another community microgrid planning project to our resume, as we continue to become more and more established in this field. We hope to make a positive contribution to the functionality and reliability of the City of Springfield electrical distribution system.
